The TOURNEY VAULT is a bundle of items for Rumor Woods. You may only redeem one TOURNEY VAULT per run of Rumor Woods per character. The TOURNEY VAULT itself is not attuned in any way until you REDEEM it, so you can trade them, hand them off, etc.
