It allows a Free-to-Play spellcaster to cast beneficial spells upon other characters and removes all Free-to-Play spell cooldowns while in effect. The pass is applied automatically upon in-game delivery and is only applicable to Free-to-Play accounts. It will last for 1 real time day.
